Minimum Requirements
No experience of working with children is necessary, but you will need:
* The ability to relate well to children
* The confidence to assist students on an individual basis and in small group/whole class work
* Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage young people
* The ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence
* Enthusiasm for supporting students with differing needs/ability
* Knowledge of the diverse demands of working in a multi-cultural environment
