How will you contribute?
1. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager
2. Assist in training, developing and appraising the Stock & Systems Team members.
3. Close liaison with customers to ensure smooth running of the operation by prioritisation of work loads.
4. Ensure a high level of stock accuracy is maintained between the Warehouse Management System and the clients’ systems.
5. Resolve and liaise with the clients on all aspects of stock related issues with any 3rd party customers.
6. Update and maintain the Stock & System procedures including returns processing, secondary stock recovery, stock checks and 3rd party adhoc stock management.
7. Production of management reports for both the customer and site management team which includes analysing and collation of data to monitor site KPI’s.
8. Governance of Key Control Measures
9. To attend training courses when required
10. To ensure all handling of finished products comply with Legislative, Company & Customer requirements, thus ensuring that all products, packaging and processes meet these requirements
What will you bring?
11. Experience in an automated dynamic warehouse environment
12. Must be an effective communicator and be able to develop good working relationships at all levels in both written and verbal forms and have a proven track record.
13. Ability to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility governed by the position.
14. Possess excellent PC skills using MS Office and WMS.
15. Comprehensive in Macro writing and pivot tables
16. To provide clear leadership qualities with your peers to drive necessary change and improvements challenging the status quo.
17. To have the ability to maintain motivation of the Stock team possessing excellent team building skills and to demonstrate strong leadership by ensuring the team performs at the highest operational standard.
18. Flexibility and high level of self motivation are a must on what can be an extremely time critical operation.
19. Proven experience of interpreting, analyzing and reporting information.
20. Proactive approach and innovation towards ways of operating
21. Be able to demonstrate and govern key control measures.
22. Actively play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of all systems and stocks onsite, thereby assisting the operation and all 3rd parties to achieve their service level targets, minimizing financial loss to all parties.
23. Adaptable to change in a fluctuating and sometimes pressurised environment.
