Marketing Lead: Demand Generation
Role summary
The Marketing Lead: Demand Generation will play a key role in promoting eflow’s products through a variety of marketing channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, they will be responsible for delivering a consistent flow of high quality leads in line with eflow’s commercial targets. This will be done predominantly through digital channels including email marketing, lead nurturing and management of external agencies and partners.
Primary responsibilities
* Campaign management - Lead the planning and execution of highly targeted marketing campaigns targeting prospects and existing clients. Create compelling email communications that employ a variety of messaging to engage and activate potential clients at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
* Data management - Act as the ‘CRM champion’ for eflow, segmenting and analysing the available audience to create highly personalised campaigns based on client vertical, jurisdiction and warmth of relationship with eflow. Critically analyse all available metrics to make data-led recommendations that will continuously enhance the ways in which we interact with prospects.
* Lead nurturing - Use Hubspot to create ongoing lead nurturing processes that will generate marketing qualified leads for the sales team to engage with. Build, test and refine communications sequences to maximise the value of our prospect data and generate a consistent flow of warm leads for follow-up.
* PPC management - Work with external consultants or agencies to maximise the effectiveness of eflow’s Google ads. Critically analyse the efficiency of our advertising spend and ad performance to ensure that PPC activity is being optimised across keywords and products.
* Digital advertising management - Evaluate and execute opportunities to use digital advertising channels, third-party platforms and partnership opportunities to raise brand awareness and create lead generation opportunities.
* Stakeholder engagement - Work closely with other members of the eflow team and external agencies to maximise the impact of eflow’s demand generation activity.
* Marketing support - Support the Chief Marketing Officer with ad-hoc marketing activities as and when required by the business.
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in a marketing, campaign management or lead generation role (essential)
* A degree or professional qualification in marketing, business or a related subject (essential)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
* Strong team working skills and experience of working with multiple stakeholders
* Experience of working with marketing agencies and/or third-party partners
* Experience of working with CRM and email marketing tools
* Experience of creating, testing and optimising lead nurturing operations
