Job Description
* Provide guidance to managers on a variety of HR matters, including policy interpretation and application
* Lead investigations into employee relations issues
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to employee relations
* Manage HR projects as required
* Support the implementation of change management initiatives
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
* CIPD level 5
* Monday - Wednesday
* Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills
