Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
Our Commercial Property Maintenance team is looking for an experienced, client-facing Lead Engineer with an electrical bias to be based on a prestigious building in Mayfair.
You’ll:
1. Manage client and building users' expectations and aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring the best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
3. Be responsible for quality control of subcontractors' work by utilizing spot checks, audits, and review of safety paperwork.
4. Become Appointed Person if site requires.
5. Ensure that CAFM systems and site records are up to date at all times, reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
6. Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team for all equipment, plant, services, and systems.
7. Have experience in a similar role.
8. Have knowledge or previous experience of mobile technology for management of tasks.
9. Have the ability to manage and prioritize a demanding and varying workload.
10. Have previous experience in a role where your duties included issuing planned and reactive works, client liaison, and meeting with subcontractors.
11. Have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees, customers, and clients.
12. Possess sound knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH / Confined space / L8.
