Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE). Expertise in Food Technology and Design Technology, with the ability to teach confidently across all key stages. A track record of engaging students in practical and theoretical aspects of the subject, promoting independent thought and creativity. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with colleagues and students.
