Assystem is an International Engineering Consultancy with significant growth plans within our Energy & Infrastructure business here in the UK. Our Defence Platform office is based in Derby where we specialise in the management and design functions of submarine and nuclear projects within the UK. Consequently, we are looking to recruit motivated and focused individuals to join our growing team.
As Assystem's Defence business grows, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Project Administrator to join the team. The post will be a mix of Hybrid working with attendance of meetings in our central Glasgow offices.
Job Description
Your Mission:
We are on the lookout for a Project Administrator who excels in organisation and can efficiently coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has outstanding communication skills, we want you to help ensure our project runs seamlessly!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule Meetings & Appointments
2. Compilation of Reports & Document Formatting
3. Organise Travel Arrangements
4. Maintain Office Space
5. Provide General Support to Visitors
6. Address Employee Queries (Travel Arrangements, Hardware, Stationery)
7. Assist in the Onboarding Process for New Starters
8. Events Organisation – Conferences, Project Events, Parties, and Dinners
Qualifications
Profile:
1. Able to Prioritise and Work on Your Own Initiative – Manage time effectively.
2. Able to Multi-task and Handle Pressure – Strong organisational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Security Clearance:
