Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times. Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Handle inquiries and provide information about the firm’s services. Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers. Assist with booking and preparing meeting rooms. Provide administrative support to the team as required. Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous approach to all client interactions, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate visitor sign-ins and appointments. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-of-house role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A polished, professional appearance and manner. The ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area effectively.
