We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Bank Domestic Team to help provide and maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all patients, visitors, and staff in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness for the UHNM.
The individuals will be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work to clearly defined achievable individual, team, and operational goals and any other duties to complete the tasks as required by the Trust.
Working as a bank staff member offers a flexible approach for all candidates, to work a range of hours Monday to Sunday between the hours of 06:00 - 22:00.
Pay
Staff will also benefit from enhanced payments on top of their basic hourly pay as outlined below:
Basic pay: £12.08 per hour plus an added 12% (total £13.52 per hour) on all hours worked.
Additional Payments
Unsociable hours - for all hours worked between the hours of 20:00 to 06:00 an additional 41% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment (totalling £17.03 per hour).
Saturday Working - for all hours worked on a Saturday an additional 41% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment (totalling £17.03 per hour).
Sunday Working - for all hours worked on a Sunday an additional 83% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment (totalling £22.10 per hour).
