Salary:
£53,000 - £58,000 per annum + Company car + Discretionary bonus of up to 10%
Working Location: England-based – 2 days a week required in our Milton Keynes office.

What you’ll be doing
11. Developing bespoke, flexible strategies for investigations, cost assessments, and remediation works.
12. Investigating building defects and damage to determine causation.
13. Managing the timely delivery and procurement of specialist consultants and remediation work contractors.
14. Providing technical support and assistance.
15. Checking contract documentation and responsibilities such as CDM, H&S and Party Wall Act requirements have been considered and met.
The ideal candidate will have
16. Good understanding of traditional and modern methods of construction.
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
18. Proactive, motivated and driven, with the ability to achieve results.
19. Working knowledge of CDM and general H&S principles.
20. Ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.
