Your Role In this role you will be one of two Local Quality Managers, with the main responsibilities being focused, on managing the day-to-day Quality & Compliance requirements for the QuickSTAT Quality Management System in the London Control Tower. QuickSTAT are 100% dedicated to the lifesciences and pharmaceutical industries, providing time and temperature sensitive transportation for pharmaceutical and healthcare products, this role is an expansion of the team to ensure resources for supporting compliance activities of QuickSTAT London. Your Responsibilities - Manage quality investigations and root cause analysis (5 Why's) and ensure the timely management of Corrective Action Reports ensuring effective implementations of actions. - Manage Compliance with Training Requirements ensuring SOP's and other training is carried out and maintained within defined timelines. - Where required write/review approve SOP's with the Control Tower and Quality Assurance. Manage distribution of Controlled Documents and Quality Documents. - Cooperate with commercial and operations departments to establish promotion policies for compliance, reporting, support and operational activities across QuickSTAT. - Review and approve protocols and reports such as generated from qualification and calibration exercises. - Develop and assist in training on quality and compliance topics and special areas of responsibility and projects. - Maintain professional manner towards all staff, seeking at all times to implement and maintain company policy. Promote and maintain high standards of effective communication and internal/external customer service. - Seek to resolve inter-departmental questions and issues as they arise and without conflict. - Conduct internal & external audits, self-inspections, and QA walkthroughs in order to verify compliance with the principles of GDP and QuickSTAT's policy and procedures. Ensure that audit findings are documented, and corrective actions are agreed, documented, and implemented in a timely manner. Your Skills and Experiences - Degree or equivalent in life science or relevant field with appropriate qualification and experience in ISO 9001 and GMP/ GDP. - Proficient user of standard software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Capable of working on simultaneous projects, while having strong project management skills - Plan/ support planned activities, to gather the contribution of the areas involved, ensuring problems are solved. - Able to easily establish cooperative work relationships. - Fluent in English, spoken and written.
