Role Description LVGI has a fantastic opportunity to join the Aggregator Team as a Pet Aggregator Executive. Price Comparison Websites (aggregators) are Allianz’s most significant source of new business growth. The Aggregator Executive will contribute to our goal of growing our pet insurance business. You will be responsible for key processes that keep us trading successfully on the aggregator websites. As an Aggregator Executive you will play an important part in leading the day-to-day management of the relationships to contribute in the successful delivery of the aggregator strategy and roadmap. You will focus on performance reporting, commission payments, aggregator complaint investigation, driving forward strategic initiatives and performance monitoring. Ensuring marketing content is accurate and regularly reviewed, reviewing the on and offline journeys and suggesting improvements to performance. Your focus: Assist the Aggregator Relationship Managers in managing the day-to-day operational relationships with our pet aggregator partners, including producing support documentation for meetings as required, sales reconciliations and payment of commission. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage aggregator queries, and lead on the implementation of aggregator initiatives and promotions. Completion of internal performance MI and competitor monitoring, reviewing the trends and reporting on the performance and movement to key stakeholders and also identifying and recommending areas for improvement. Working with IT support teams to ensure swift identification and resolution of any issues. Governance: reviewing processes and suggesting improvements to improve the efficiency of existing processes, framework and controls. Contribute to the ongoing management and administration of change activity for the channel including, working with the Relationship Managers to ensure any changes made by the aggregators are compliant, communicated and executed internally where necessary, participating in all website and aggregator testing activity and some out of hours testing if required. Where necessary contribute to projects which affect the aggregator channel. Support the Aggregator Relationship Manager to ensure business relationships and development activities are in line with Allianz’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy, working with operations to ensure that calls are attributed correctly to mitigate any risk during at audit. Lead on revenue assurance audits and the successful delivery of information including the output of call listening reviews. The role will be hybrid working with 2-16 days per month from the Allianz, Stour House, Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth Office. About you To be successful for the role you will have strong understanding of General Insurance (pet insurance preferred). Aggregator experience and a good understanding of the relevant compliance regulations and legal requirements desirable. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical information in a simple way and when required the ability to influence, negotiation to get the resolution. You will have good organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability work as part of a team when required. Also, the capability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly. You have a good problem-solving, decision-making mindset – thinking objectively with balanced decision-making being able to manage the relationships with customer and stakeholders. You will have Proven analytical and numerical skills with the ability to analyse and identify trends or anomalies and know how and when to escalate these. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage.
