About the Role Reporting into the Healthy Lifestyles Officer, you'll be part of the Health Team providing the 'Be Your Best' team with administrative support. You will work alongside colleagues to contribute to the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer-focused service. In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the Active Surrey organisation, and with local partners including the University of Surrey and Surrey County Council Family Learning. On a day to day basis you will be involved in: Triaging and processing referrals, which involves directly contacting both professionals and families via email and telephone. Scheduling and booking meetings, providing administrative support for online group sessions Inputting and managing data Preparing and sending correspondence Monitoring inventory and ordering promotional items such as family incentives Supporting with ad-hoc project-based work Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the programme.
