IT Service Delivery Manager \n\nWho you will be working for\n\nWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the IT roadmap and manage the delivery of strategic projects. This role involves engaging with vendors and multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering IT strategies, transformations, and projects on leading commercial platforms, including Azure.\n\nWhat you will be doing \n\nManage and evolve the technology roadmap to support the company's IT objectives.\nDeliver projects in line with best practice project management disciplines and the company's Change Framework.\nEngage with third-party providers and technical teams to ensure services are delivered within quality and time constraints.\nValidate and review vendor and partner proposals to ensure alignment with business requirements.\nFacilitate technical and non-technical meetings to ensure progress remains on track.\nProduce project control documents and progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues.\nOversee project budgets, ensuring costs align with expectations.\nWhat you will need\n\nProven track record of delivering successful IT projects in similar roles.\nExperience in a regulated financial services environment is an advantage.\nExpertise with Public Cloud Platforms, particularly Azure.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure as code.\nExperience managing Azure and infrastructure cloud projects, including migrations.\nExperience managing and collaborating with third-party vendors.\nFormal project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nCloud Architect - Fundamentals or Similar (desirable)\nWhat you will get in return You will receive a salary between £52,000 and £65,000 plus excellent benefits such as 15% pension, 30 days annual leave, flexible working, paid voluntary days, maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave and much more.
