This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in January 2025. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the national curriculum for both subjects, inspiring students to develop a strong understanding of business principles, economic concepts, and their real-world applications. Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Assessing and monitoring student progress in both subjects, providing constructive feedback, and implementing differentiated learning strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. Utilizing a variety of teaching resources, including case studies, real-world examples, and data analysis, to enhance students' learning experiences in both Business Studies and Economics. The Successful Candidate will have: A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field with strong competence in both disciplines. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A strong understanding of the KS4 and KS5 Business Studies and Economics curricula.
