Aspire People are currently recruiting for a SEMH Primary school situated in Rochdale OL11. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic teacher to work in a Primary SEMH provision. This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs, which make mainstream education challenging for them.
Role Overview:
* Work with a range of abilities within a small, mixed-ability KS1/KS2 class.
* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to create a cohesive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring the maximisation of each student's potential.
* Temp to perm role, with the possibility of transitioning to a school contract after a successful trial period.
Details:
* Rochdale-based SEMH Unit attached to mainstream Primary, easily accessible by bus, train, or car.
* Permanent, full-time role with an ASAP start.
* Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 - £43,685).
* Registration with Aspire People required.
* Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.
