Your Role
As a Customer Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute an annual customer marketing plan.
You will work closely with various teams, including Customer Excellence, Account Management, Portfolio, SD Worx Academy, and PALs Teams.
Your goal will be to put the customer voice first by creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving customer advocacy, and fostering cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
* Develop email promotions, social media adverts, presentations, and product information tailored to our customer base.
* Enhance engagement among existing customers by promoting our suite of offerings, services, and product features.
* Owning our testimonial and case study library, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with our website's customer story section.
* Manage customer reference status, preferences, activities, and measurable impact.
* Increase actively engaged customer references to drive advocacy and visibility in the market.
* Support the growth of customer advisory boards, user groups, and broader customer communities.
* Identify speaking opportunities, events, media interviews, and blogs where we can showcase customer stories and integrate them into our overall strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Strong experience in customer marketing or advocacy within a Tech, HR, or B2B/SaaS environment.
* Demonstrated success in developing and managing customer reference and advocacy programs.
* Experience in integrated campaign execution to support upsell/cross-sell of products to existing customer bases.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic thinking ability and proactive attitude.
* Passion for relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
* Aptitude for working independently and unsupervised but being a team player.
