Credit Controller Mallusk £28,000-£30,000 Artemis Human Capital are working with a family run, privately owned business in the retail sector who are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage and oversee the companys credit policies, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payments. Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letters. Assess and approve new credit applications based on company policies. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and credit transactions. Work closely with internal teams to manage credit risk. Prepare reports on aged debt. Key Requirements: Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
