Sales Advisor - Warwickshire
Working Hours
09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday and 09.30 – 17.00 on Saturdays. You will work 5 days with your days off being Sunday and a day in the week.
Salary
£23,000-£25,000 plus bonus earnings (potential to earn up to £31,200.00 per year)

As a Showroom Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the showroom manager to deliver exceptional service to their valued customers. Our client is seeking a friendly and confident communicator who excels in customer service and sales. This fast-paced position requires exceptional organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks while being proactive and responsive to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the showroom team and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating clear, confident, and friendly communication skills across all platforms.
3. Offer customers technical and design advice while addressing any queries or concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
4. Handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
5. Generating quotations, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries.
6. Offering expert advice on product suitability, sizing, and pricing with a focus on interiors.
7. Updating CRM system with client information and daily activities.
8. Coordinating sample dispatches.
9. Greeting and nurturing client relationships in the showroom with a warm and professional demeanour.
10. Ensuring showroom cleanliness and organization.
11. Providing refreshments to customers during appointments.
12. Confirming appointments with customers prior to their visit.
Skills required:
1. Sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
2. Familiarity with interiors is advantageous.
3. Highly organized and adept at task prioritisation.
4. Energetic and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
6. Customer-centric mindset.
7. Exceptional communication skills.
8. Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
9. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
