Description
To support the Accreditation Manager and stakeholders to implement and manage the Accreditation process for the major 2025 events. 3-month and 6-month contracts are available.
Key Relationships
* Internal stakeholders (Department heads etc.)
* External Stakeholders (F1, MOTO GP, SCL Event Partners)
* SCL staff (Both full time and Zero Hour)
* SCL Security Managers
* Public Events Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in all aspects of Silverstone’s accreditation system for major events.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding their event stakeholders.
* Liaise with external stakeholders regarding their accreditation requirements.
* Produce both staff and event partners’ accreditation for the major events.
* Maintain Silverstone’s accreditation software.
* Ensure accurate records are kept on the accreditation system.
* Ensure quality is maintained on all accreditation issued.
* Verify ID for both internal and external personnel as required
* Ask appropriate questions when an anomaly or enquiry is raised, following company guidelines.
* General administration – responding to telephone enquiries, email correspondence, filing and scanning

* To ensure data protection policies are adhered to.
* Promote at all times the professional image of the company by ensuring high standards of both professionalism and personal presentation
* Participate in staff training as required
* Comply with company policies and health and safety requirements at all times, encouraging an awareness of health and safety requirements
* Any additional responsibilities as reasonably required
Performance Responsibilities
Performance will be monitored against the following:
* Number of correct accreditation produced.
* Accurate record keeping.
* Prompt timekeeping.
* Timely response to accreditation enquiries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and some evenings.
* Previous administration/verification of ID experience, preferably in a similar role
* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, staff rota systems and knowledge of Select HR/ Select Pay would be desirable)
* Highly organised, strong attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative in a dynamic environment
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Professional presentation reflecting the Silverstone values
* Good written/verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to people at all levels
* Able to manage relationships with stakeholders
