Hours: 37.5 hours per week 36 weeks (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends)
Main Responsibilities
Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for a role that offers the perfect work-life balance?
We are looking to recruit a chef to prepare fresh foods i.e. soup, salads and hearty dishes, in a professional kitchen.
Tenacity and diligence will be required for this challenging role that will see the successful candidate producing breakfast and lunch items in a fast paced environment whilst adhering to company standards and using recognised food-safe production methods.
The successful candidate will ideally be trained to level 2 (Intermediate) food safety, have knowledge in allergen management and have 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, although food safety training can be provided.
As a senior member of the team you will have flexibility to curate the menus and offerings with assistance from the Executive Chef and unit supervisor.
