Account Manager – Must be based Scotland North We are recruiting for an Account Manager to work within our sales team based in Scotland. Campbells Prime Meat is Scotland’s leading independent supplier of fresh meat, fresh fish and delicatessen products into the foodservice sector. We deliver everything from dry aged Scotch Beef to Smoked Salmon from our own smokehouse - Campbells & Co. Our vast product range and delivery network allow us to combine the best aspects of a large company with customer service and approachability you would expect from a family run business. Our factory at Linlithgow in the heart of Scotland is open 24 hours a day, 6 days per week. Job Responsibilities • Retains customer volume, sales and profitability through proactive management with assigned customer accounts in the small and medium-sized segment. • Finding additional buyers within the existing customer location. • Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction. Reporting & Organisation • Reports to the Head of Sales. • Enlists the support of other sales and management resources as needed. • Works closely with all aspects of the business during customer implementation. • Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. • Minimum three years of foodservice sales experience. • PC proficient.
