About the role: As part of Integrated Services, the Third Party Services team has overall responsibility for the relationship management and delivery of services from our outsourced service providers supporting our people. This includes HC activities, Recruitment & Onboarding, IT Asset Management, Screening & Vetting and Helpdesk support. PwC’s Security Clearance team is a centralised function which manages the end to end process of all UK Government Security Clearances above BPSS level. It is an exciting time for our Security Clearance team as we are looking to expand the current team to meet the demands of the PWC business and our government clients. What your days will look like: Clearance Management: Action and manage clearance requests daily for all PWC applicants, liaise with client Security Teams, and ensure smooth end-to-end clearance processes with vetting agencies. Compliance and Checks: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks related to clearances, including renewals, lapses, and sponsor actions, while performing regular data integrity checks and data cleansing. Communication and Support: Provide responsive and professional advice to all queries within the team mailbox, manage business cases and additional application information, and share knowledge and best practices across the team. Reporting and Insights: Produce regular, standardized Management Information (MI) to provide insights and trends to the Government and Healthcare industry Board and firmwide Security Controllers. This role is for you if: Independent and Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently across multiple cases while maintaining high attention to detail, especially when processing high volumes of work. Expectation Management: Actively manage expectations and escalate issues to firmwide Security Controllers when necessary. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with resilience and a proactive, positive attitude towards changing demands and workload fluctuations. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite applications, particularly MS Excel/Google Sheets, and experience using workflow management/case management tools. Security Clearance: Preference will be given to candidates who are security-cleared.
