Our HSEQ team plays a critical role in ensuring that the company's operations are conducted safely, sustainably, and to high standards of quality, promoting a culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility throughout the company. We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dedicated administrator to join our growing HSEQ team. In this newly created role you will be a major contributor to the ongoing success, compliance and safe operations of TSG UK as we grow our business!
What you’ll do:
1. Provide administrative support to uphold the IMS (Integrated Management System)
2. Upload and maintain documents relevant to the IMS and the HSEQ internal software
3. Create a document management system for the collation and storage of tender documents
4. Collate and store information for external auditing and ensure compliant documents are kept up to date
5. Standardise internal quality documents by aligning templates, spreadsheets and registers
6. Take ownership of PQQ (Pre-qualification Questionnaires) and onboarding
7. Obtain HSEQ department relevant quotations, create purchase orders and send to suppliers
8. Track current and upcoming audit schedules and site visits, ensuring reviews are conducted on time
9. Assist in vetting of subcontractors from an HSEQ perspective
10. Create new starters profiles, allocate e-learning and assist new starters with their e-learning requirements
11. Evaluate company training needs, manage training bookings, certificate uploads, and maintain a training matrix
12. Administrate weekly insights meetings and attend meetings where HSEQ representation is required
13. Supporting the HSEQ department with day-to-day administration tasks
About you:
You could be an experienced administrator from a construction, engineering or electrical background or even a postgraduate looking for a fresh opportunity where you are encouraged to apply your digital and organisational skills in a new environment, progressing as you develop within the role. You will have a genuine interest in HSEQ and understand how it impacts business.
The following qualifications and competencies will be key factors of your ability to succeed in this role:
14. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
15. An ability to turn data into a deliverable format and communicate through presentations
16. A foundational knowledge of creating e-learning courses using Rise 360 and SCORM standards
17. An understanding of electronic document management systems
18. A confident communicator, happy to engage with multiple stakeholders and departments across the business
19. Familiar with ISO Standards is a plus!
20. A general knowledge of construction, engineering or electrical installations is a big plus
21. Ultimately you enjoy variety, are highly organised with a flexible approach and a natural flair for creativity!
