Interested in Project Management? Getting into the industry can feel like taking one giant leap. Our Level 4 Apprenticeship Programme takes you a step forward in your project management and professional career.
By joining CDL’s Professional Services department, you will commence a Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship, equivalent to an HNC. This program is supported by QA, who are renowned leaders in applied and cohort-based learning academies.

Key Responsibilities
During the 18-month apprenticeship, you will work on projects for some of the UK’s best-known brands with leading-edge technology, developing expertise in all aspects of the project management lifecycle. Including project initiation, planning, execution and closure - drawing on the latest theories and industry principals.
At the same time, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work on the delivery of innovative software products, that are at the forefront of technology in the retail insurance sector.
You will collaborate with colleagues throughout the entire project management process, including Junior Project Managers and Programme Managers with extensive experience, ensuring you always receive comprehensive support.
The apprenticeship modules will support work-based projects, using real business challenges and scenarios from your role at CDL as part of your training.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking for forward-thinking, inquisitive people who:
* Have Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship / 1 A-Level in any subject / BTEC, etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role).
* 5 GCSEs, including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
* Have a passion for project management.
* Are flexible and organised, with great time management skills.
* Good communication skills - written, verbal, face to face and remote working.
* An enthusiastic, 'can-do' attitude to overcoming issues and challenges.
* Think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
* Enjoy collaborating with others to deliver projects.

Salary
The salary for the role of Project Management Apprentice pays up to £20,000p.a.
