Prepare and manage detailed bid documentation, evaluate supplier proposals, and conduct negotiations to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and managing risk. Perform cost analysis and modeling for major bids, focusing on key cost elements and drivers to ensure profitability and successful contract delivery. Lead supplier evaluation and approval processes, preparing documented recommendations for estimating, operational, and commercial teams. Develop and implement supply chain engagement strategies that align with customer needs, including sustainability, diversity, and community initiatives. Provide procurement expertise and support to bidding teams, ensuring compliance with corporate procurement processes and governance requirements. Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices through staff development and implementation of supply chain management best practices.
