Van Sales Manager needed

Our client, the UK's largest independent Trucks dealer, is seeking a Van Sales Manager to join their team.
Role: Van Sales Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage the LCV Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
3. Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for complex sales matters.
5. Ensure the LCV sales team is equipped with comprehensive product knowledge and training on Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks.
6. Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to create targeted campaigns and enhance the customer journey.
7. Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
8. Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to maintain a high standard of sales expertise and professionalism.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the LCV market.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
2. Strong understanding of LCVs, ideally Renault Trucks and/or Isuzu Trucks.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
5. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
6. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
8. Full UK driving licence.
9. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs.
10. Experience in Online Sales and Marketing.
