The Haven will provide a comprehensive biopsychosocial crisis assessment for any adult aged 18 or over who is not subject to the Mental Health Act. You will complete an assessment of the individual's needs and risks, accurately recording and communicating this information and working with the individual to create plans for their on-going care and treatment.
