A specialist SEMH Performing Arts School in Islington is looking for an experienced and passionate tutor to guide students through the final stages of their Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualifications. You'll work collaboratively with senior performing arts staff, helping students refine their work, develop performance skills, and prepare for assessments and moderation. Engage with all aspects of performance and production, from voice training to stagecraft, helping students showcase their talents. Develop your own skills in assessment and moderation - training will be provided. The Role Deliver vocals-focused performing arts sessions, incorporating drama to enhance student performance and confidence. Support students in developing and finalising their vocational project work. Assist in assessment preparation and evidence collation for moderation. Adapt to the individual needs of students with SEN and SEMH, using creative approaches to engagement. Encourage students to embrace all aspects of performing arts, helping them build well-rounded skills. Who We're Looking For A performing arts specialist with a strong background in vocals and drama.
