A prestigious and bustling 4-star hotel near Coventry is seeking a seasoned Meeting & Events Manager to lead the Conference and Events department's operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for delivering outstanding events, this role could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities
* Event Management: Oversee and execute a wide variety of events throughout the year, from weddings and dinners to conferences and festive celebrations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated full-time and casual staff, some of whom have been with the hotel for years. Bring strong leadership and a commitment to team development to foster a positive work environment.
* Operational Excellence: Demonstrate expertise in Conferences & Meetings, Social Events, and Weddings, ensuring smooth and memorable experiences for every guest.

* Flexible Availability: Adaptability to manage work shifts and oversee rotas that balance business needs with team well being.
* Experience: Prior experience in a busy hotel conference or wedding venue setting is essential.
