Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -
* Have a full and relevant (minimum) Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
* Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
* Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
* Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
* Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
* Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
Job Summary:
The role consists of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), based in either our under 2's or over 2's room whilst supporting our Manager in the operation of running the setting to Nanny Bears standards. The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction and supported to flourish in an environment which promotes each staff member to be the best version of themselves.
