Developing the insights function - Leading the development to provide insights for a variety of purpose Supporting decision-making - Ensuring data is used to make informed decisions. Leading teams - directing teams of analysts and BI developers to provide value-added intelligence. Communicating insights - Communicating insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Building relationships - Building relationships with key trust colleagues to shape and answer key questions. Setting standards - Setting standards and leading on the use of data and insights.
