Working directly with the Managing Director, this newly created role is pivotal to driving strategic acquisitions, managing an extensive portfolio of 50+ freehold and leased properties, and delivering impactful development outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Growth-Focused Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions and leases to fuel expansion.
2. Strategic Property Management: Oversee relocations, redevelopments, and portfolio optimisation for maximum impact.
3. End-to-End Development: Lead developments from concept to completion, coordinating projects across diverse locations.
4. Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with developers, real estate agents, and vendors.
5. Commercial Savvy: Negotiate complex lease and purchase agreements while managing budgets and financial outcomes.
6. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse market trends, urban planning data, and strategic site opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a seasoned property professional who is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll have a proven history in asset management and site development, ideally within retail or hospitality sectors (experience in QSR or Fuel is a big plus!). 1. Experience: 10+ years in a similar role, supported by a degree in Property Economics or a related field is ideal.
