Job Title: Senior Property Lawyer
Location: Derby
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Potential of hybrid working after 12 weeks probation)
About the Firm/Role:
CRA Legal are working with a leading specialist Conveyancing business, as part of an established law firm with offices across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern firm with a focus on technological expertise, with a varied caseload of clients from across the midlands.
The role will see you:
1. Run and manage a suitably sized caseload of sales and purchases
2. Meet individual targets and team targets, such as set KPIs and SLAs
3. Work within referrers SLAs and requirements
4. Communicate with clients, the team and other professionals over the phone, email and in meetings
5. Utilise the in-house bespoke management system

About you:
1. Min. 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role
2. Confident in dealing with leasehold, new build and shared ownership sale and purchases
3. Competent use of MS Office programmes
4. Must have used Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT etc
5. Demonstrate technical ability and comprehensive knowledge in conveyancing transactions and legislation
