The Role We are hiring for a new Retail Store Manager with prior managerial experience and a passion for the infant apparel sector. This role is key to our customer experience both in-Store and online, and is an exciting and busy role with a variety of responsibilities including:- ownership of a Store’s sales targets and KPIs, visual merchandising, team management and development of business strategies to support and maintain MORI’s success in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day Store management including:- managing a team, effective resourcing for all hours of operation, management of stock, the ‘look and feel’ of the sales floor and processing deliveries Achievement of Store sales goals; including:- through training, motivating and mentoring Store team members High levels of customer-satisfaction through excellent customer service Store administration and compliance with internal policies, procedures and statutory best practice Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards within the Store Keeping abreast of and reporting internally on buying trends, customer needs and KPIs Effective and swift management of all Store-related issues that arise from team members or, customers Effective stock and inventory management Collaboration with the Head Office teams on product, marketing and growth initiatives Leading the successful hiring and onboarding process for new team members Requirements Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager or, Assistant Store Manager Passion and a natural interest in the baby / children’s apparel industry Powerful leadership and training skills Strong sales and customer management skills Strong organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Industry competitive salary Up to 50% discount on our collections Cycle to work scheme Prior to applying for this job position please ensure your availability aligns with the recruiting timeline set out below.
