Overall, we require a person to complete our small team for secretarial/administration duties. Basic secretarial experience to include: Excel basic knowledge essential to allow input of data and printing (training given) Typing using template letters essential Support to IM's meeting preps, mail shots, diary management etc (training given) Telephone/Reception duties experience essential, but training given. Ordering of supplies. To have the ability to work as a team member essential. Managing with help of the team, the incoming requests from the Secretaries Task box (basic printing and sending out letters/statements). Post incoming and outgoing. Excel: Logging of post.
