Your role:
You will be employed to deliver Aspire Active Education programmes across primary schools in the West Midlands. You will also be delivering sports and physical activity sessions to children and young people on our school holiday camps across the West Midlands.
What you will be doing:
* Design, execute and assess comprehensive Physical Education (PE) and Physical Activity programs, ensuring they adhere to high-quality standards and provide an enjoyable experience for children.
* Diligently maintain accurate planning and attendance documentation for each session.
* Employ advanced mentoring techniques to implement the Physical Education Curriculum Support program for primary school teachers.
* Systematically gather and manage participant data for the individuals you mentor, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
* Lead the professional development of Sport and Physical Activity Leaders within the team.
* Proactively identify and address obstacles to children's participation, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity.
* Effectively manage children's behaviour to maintain positive learning environments.
* Perform all duties in compliance with the organisation's policies, including those about equal opportunities, safeguarding and health and safety.
* Participate in relevant professional development opportunities to enhance personal expertise and keep in line with educational best practices.
* Act as a distinguished ambassador for the Aspire Active Education Group, exemplifying and upholding our core values.
* Support the promotion of Aspire's diverse products and services.
Who you are:

Qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of PE and School Sport (or willing to work towards).
* Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development or relevant NGB Level 2.
* Competent in literacy and numeracy to Level 2.
* Paediatric First Aid.
* Safeguarding Children in Sport Level 2.
* Education and Training Award Level 3 or willing to work towards.
* Level 4 Sports Coach or willing to work towards.
This job is subject to receipt of enhanced DBS disclosure.
