Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Wokingham

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and support students in their learning journey.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their potential.
* Aid in managing classroom behavior and creating a positive, productive learning environment.
* Support students in completing assigned work, encouraging independence and critical thinking.
* Monitor student progress and report any concerns to the class teacher to ensure students’ needs are met.
Key Requirements:
* A passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young people.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students in their learning.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial, but not essential.
* A willingness to learn, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided.
