Our client, a leading retail organisation, is looking for a Finance Process Analyst to be a key member of the programme team working exclusively on the S/4 HANA program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the end-to-end process design for their area, developing content for key design decisions where appropriate.
* Support a virtual network of process analysts and subject matter experts.
* Provide guidance and input to activities requiring their input including data conversion and cleansing, reporting remediation, testing, training, and deployment planning.
* Document process flows including the development of the Standard Operating Procedures.
* Design and support UAT scenarios and execution to confirm the integrity of the end-to-end process design.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Part Qualified or qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Effective team member with the ability to build and grow existing networks across the Business.
* Willing to challenge and identify areas of focus/challenge within processes and systems.
* Ability to explain complex financial issues to those with a non-finance background and build relationships with senior business partners.
* Ability to prioritize own work and adapt effectively to a project role with changing priorities.
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges and involvement in details as required.
* Very good depth knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA with the latest technology and functionality.
* Experience within the BUK & ROI, No7BC or BOPS Finance teams is advantageous.
* Knowledge and experience of financial reporting and consolidation systems, including statutory (local) and US GAAP reporting; Cognos and SAP experience is an advantage.
