We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Corby. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need.
Job Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Assist clients in understanding their energy contracts and options
* Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client information in our database
* Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
