Program Manager I, Scheduling and Planning
Program Manager will be part of the middle mile organization to lead Amazon Coltan integration and scheduling charter. The Program Manager ensures insistence on higher standards on VRID’s creation and on-time coltan deployment. The role supports daily operations at Amazon logistics by collaborating with partner teams to implement cross-functional projects and programs. This position plays a crucial role in shaping our scheduling and coltan integration charter while ensuring superior service delivery and partner satisfaction through innovative solutions and program management skills.
Key job responsibilities
1. Scope and execute programs to build an automated capability of coltan scheduling with integration with current scheduling process.
2. Influencing internal and external stakeholders/partners, and building partnerships across a wide range of partners.
3. Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver.
4. Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyse data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.
5. Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions.
6. Work on converting manual processes to automation by using SQL, Python.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 2+ years of program or project management experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
2. Efficient in stakeholder management and program reporting.
