The Role:\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team following several newly awarded contracts. The role involves developing technical documentation across multiple projects, tailored to individual client specifications. Content will cover a broad range of disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, environmental, and safety, all produced in alignment with each client's requirements.\n\nYour Tasks:\n\nUnderstand and interpret clients’ technical specifications\nDevelop technical documents in line with client requirements\nParticipate in contract review meetings internally and with clients\nProvide general contract support to the Project Manager\nPrepare document transmittals and manage project document control\nInterpret technical drawings such as P&IDs and schematics\nUnderstand and apply relevant approval authority rules and regulationsYour Profile:\n\nAn engineering qualification is desirable\nExtensive experience developing contract technical documentation\nProven ability to interpret client technical specifications\nStrong working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages\nExperience working with MoD contracts is advantageous\nFamiliarity with S1000D or similar standards is desirable\n\nOur role in supporting diversity and inclusion\n As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
