About the Role:
We are seeking aseasoned Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on AmazonConnect to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designingdeveloping and maintaining robust contact center solutions. Yourexpertise in AWS services and infrastructure will be instrumentalin delivering highperformance scalable and secure contact centerenvironments.
Responsibilities:
•Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship tothe engineering team in designing and implementing contact centersolutions.
• AWS Expertise: Demonstrate deepknowledge of AWS services (Lambda DynamoDB S3 SNS SNS Lex BedrockAPI Gateway Pinpoint etc.) to architect and optimize cloudinfrastructure for contact center workloads.
•Amazon Connect Mastery: Possess indepth understanding of AmazonConnect features including contact flows routing analytics andintegrations.
• Infrastructure as Code: UtilizeAWS CDK or other infrastructure as code tools to automate andmanage cloud resources efficiently.
•Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies tooptimize contact center performance scalability andcosteffectiveness.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnoseand resolve complex technical issues related to contact centerinfrastructure and applications.
• Automation:Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operationaltasks and improve efficiency.
• Security:Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliancestandards.
Qualifications:
• Provenexperience as a Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong focus oncontact center solutions.
• Indepth knowledgeof AWS services and architecture.
• Handsonexperience with Amazon Connect and its integration with other AWSservices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages(Python Bash etc.) for automation.
• Strongproblemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
PreferredQualifications:
• AWS certifications (SolutionsArchitect DevOps Engineer etc.).
• Experiencewith performance and load testing of Managed services
• Knowledge of contact center industry standards and bestpractices.
