Create inspirational, immersive, and impactful learning interactions, for our Apprenticeship programmes in line with Babington’s learning journey blueprint, providing a memorable customer experience. Creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and clients and provide academic and professional pastoral advice, guidance, and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment. Core Values and Summary of Principle Accountabilities
1. Act as a subject matter specialist, supporting and contributing to the development and delivery of high impact, innovative training programmes in line with Babington’s learner journey blueprint.
2. Adopt effective learning management methodologies to provide inspirational and innovative learning interactions and experiences with learners.
3. To communicate any issues or concerns about learners to your line manager and designated Safeguarding Officer as appropriate.
4. Provide inspirational specialist support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey, helping them to progress, achieve and reach their potential.
5. Effectively use assessment for learning techniques to check learners’ understanding and build on existing knowledge.
6. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions, embedding Maths and English, that ensure active participation and learning leading to positive learning outcomes.
7. Manage and facilitate interactive and engaging remote learning interactions, including self-directed research, digital learning, webinars, forums and chat sessions.
8. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to implement a high-quality learning experience, whilst fulfilling Awarding Organisations and Inspectorate expectations.

Essential Qualifications
9. Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
10. Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training or equivalent teaching qualification
11. Level 4 AAT qualification
Skills and experience
12. Experience of providing interactive and engaging training and development opportunities to adults
13. Experience of developing individualised learning plans and SMART targets
14. Experience of developing immersive schemes of work
15. Experience of working with people to help to remove barriers and support progression into employment, education, or training
16. Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
17. Experience of working in an accredited teaching / training environment, industry or practice.
18. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
19. Understanding of current Apprenticeship procedures and regulations, manual and computerised processes to enable effective and successful delivery of learning programmes knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the course
