About Our Client

Job Description
1. Full responsibility for a portfolio of clients - planning, overseeing, and reviewing jobs; reviewing and filing work; liaising and building relationships.
2. Carry out management of your team - appraisals, 1-2-1's, on-the-job training.
3. Involvement with the business development and networking side of the business - up for discussion.
The Successful Applicant
1. ACA or ACCA qualified.
2. At least 2 years of experience managing and growing your own portfolio.
3. Experience in managing teams.
4. Ideally, have IRIS experience.
5. Confident, personable, and a good leader.
