As our Adult & Young People Interventions Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of two Saints Foundation projects, Saints Restart and Chances. You will develop and coordinate the Resettlement Programme within HMP Winchester, delivering group based and 1 to 1 mentoring (including sporting and non-sporting sessions); providing adult males the opportunity to develop personal skills and behaviours, whilst supporting their transition back into the community.
For our Chances programme, you will be identifying and engaging with partners to develop a model that includes group workshops with a referral pathway to continued support, and coordinating/overseeing delivery of 1-1 mentoring, physical activity and community activity. You will work collaboratively with the Police and Southampton City Council to identify young people at risk of engaging in crime, between the ages of 11 to 17, ensuring participants meet the criteria of the programme.
