This is a key leadership role where you will have a significant impact on the business culture, practices and growth and will lead, develop and drive the business while ensuring we continue to deliver the very best quality care and service. As the successful Operations Manager your responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Providing strong inspirational leadership to the individual services within your region and across the company whilst ensuring the highest possible standards of care and resident outcomes. • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. • Implementing and monitoring improvement plans for enhanced quality of care financial performance. • Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders; The Ideal Operations Manager will be: • Extensive experience in an Area Management role with responsibility for multi-site operations in a care setting • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to achieving goals with the ability to plan/prioritise work and make effective decisions • Highly knowledgeable on CQC & frameworks • A current driving licence and a willingness to travel • Understanding of care regulation, identify indicators of poor performance and poor quality and act About you: • You will have a strong background in care • You will have experience at a senior/operational manager level within a learning disabilities/mental health area • Experienced in managing large staff teams on a multisite basis • Excellent CQC knowledge with a proven track record of supporting homes in achieving GOOD CQC grades • Multi site experience • Full driving licence & live within a commutable distance from the Teeside area For more information you can contact (email address removed) on: • Call on (phone number removed) • Text on (phone number removed)- this number is only for texting and cannot accept calls.
