Role Overview:
As an HR Assistant, you’ll support our HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR services across the company. Your role will involve managing day-to-day administrative tasks, helping streamline recruitment processes, and providing general support to employees and management. This position offers great learning and growth opportunities within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
2. Prepare new hire paperwork, organize orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
3. Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and support payroll processing.
4. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support the HR team in handling employee issues and inquiries.
5. Assist in updating HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
6. Help organise employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1-2 years in HR, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly and approachable demeanour.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,272.00-£25,378.00 per year
