Aquatics and Leisure provides a number of facilities including a gym, pools, and a hydrotherapy and rehabilitation centre to the residents of the Penrith Local Government Area. The opportunity: A temporary opportunity to join the Aquatics and Leisure team as Administration Services Specialist up to March 2025. This role will be accountable for the efficient and effective coordination of administrative activities within the department which will also support the Head of Aquatics and Leisure in administrative and financial functions. The role will also require you to: Project management Complaints handling Debt management Data capture and reporting Process and prioritise correspondence in Customer Connect Internal database management Office administration and maintenance tasks for the department. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders of Aquatics and Leisure. Essential Criteria Extensive experience in an administration based role Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service Demonstrated experience with debt management processes Current First Aid Certificate (including Provide First Aid, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) A valid NSW Working with Children Check Commencing salary: $90,063.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation. This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
