This is a true generalist role, however, we are looking for someone who is an ER specialist, who loves unpicking and resolving ER scenarios.The role:
* Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding all areas of HR areas following Company policy and current legislation (with an eye on future updates and practically applying these as applicable).
* Support managers in dealing with performance, investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
* Ensure Probation periods are fully utilised, for all parties to determine if the role is the right fit for them.
* As part of the team, work across projects, such as system implementations, restructures, growth strategies, acquisitions and change management, culture change and more.
